Train individuals and groups of all ages. Have trained clients with a variety of health concerns including Parkinson’s Disease, Hypertension, Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, Cancer, blood disorders, etc. Have done extensive rehab on knees, spine, ankles, shoulder, hip and elbow. (for example total ACL replacement, broken hip, shoulder dislocation and humerus fracture.). Work with all types of equipment such as GTS gravity systems, Gravitron, machines, bands, tubing, ball, balance disks, Bosu trainers, free weights, etc. Perform fitness testing on all clients and design appropriate workouts
